Multiple product inspections
We have the ability to control all product generation links from product design, mold manufacturing,
finished product production, etc.
Appearance inspection

Operators should carefully check whether the terminal surface is oxidized, scratched, deformed or loose.

ny anomalies must be promptly identified and recorded to ensure product performance and safety meet standards.

Accuracy check

The accuracy requirements of connector terminals refer to the accuracy standards of the size, shape, position, surface quality, etc.

of the terminals, including the tolerance limits of the terminals to ensure that they are accurately installed into the corresponding sockets or contacts.

Packaging level inspection

When combined with bubble bags, cardboard boxes often provide a high level of packaging security.

The cardboard box serves as the outer layer, and the foam bag serves as internal buffering and protection, effectively reducing damage caused by vibration or impact.

Storage quick plug series packaging

Use vacuum packaging and desiccant storage. Vacuum packaging effectively eliminates air and moisture, reduces the risk of corrosion and oxidation, and ensures the cleanliness and quality of the terminal surface. At the same time, the desiccant helps absorb residual moisture, further preventing rust and electrical problems.

Laboratory Testing
Insulation test
Temperature resistance test
Pressure test
Torque test
Salt spray test

The insulation of connector terminals is usually made of insulating sleeves or insulating plastics. Insulating sleeves or insulating plastics generally have excellent electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength. Wear resistance, chemical resistance, temperature resistance and other factors are also considered. Able to withstand certain external stresses and environmental conditions.

Temperature testing of connector terminals involves subjecting the connector terminals to elevated temperatures for a specified duration, typically ranging from 70°C to 150°C. During the test, observe any changes in appearance and the connector's ability to maintain good electrical performance and connection reliability. After the test is completed, the temperature resistance of the connector is evaluated by comparing the performance data before and after the test.

The connector terminal withstand voltage test evaluates its ability to withstand high voltages. The terminals are subjected to a specified voltage, typically ranging from 1000V to 5000V, and observed for breakdown, discharge, or insulation failure. The results determine whether the terminal is able to maintain a stable electrical connection under stress, ensuring safety and reliability in a variety of electrical applications.

Connector terminal torque specifications refer to the recommended amount of rotational force required to properly secure the terminal. This specification ensures that terminals are neither under-tightened (risk of poor electrical contact) nor over-tightened (risk of damage). Proper torque ensures a reliable connection and prevents terminal deformation, ensuring connector integrity.

The connector terminal salt spray test is designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the connector in a salt spray environment. Testing typically involves exposing the connector to salt spray for a period of time and then inspecting its surface for corrosion, oxidation or other damage. Additionally, the impact on the electrical performance of the connector during testing was observed.
